It is quite a fancy restaurant in Burnaby. Service was excellent and atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice. The other entree options not chosen by us was the salmon steak (which I tried before at the Langley location) and a squash risotto for vegetarians. I kind of wished their Bite of Burnaby menu had more than 1 steak option since they are a steakhouse. Most disappointing was the dessert round because we found both of our desserts to be too sweet and we didn’t finish it.Ītlas has a very attractive general menu and I actually found a lot of people to be ordering from their regular menu (everything looks so good), but the Bite of Burnaby menu was nice to try a selection of different courses. We were most impressed with our mains as the steak was delicious and the chicken breast was very juicy. We were quite full from the Bite of Burnaby menu and at $60 per person, I think it is definitely a good deal for the quality and amount of food you get from Atlas. I did like the sorbet with the coconut crispy crunch. This is a more tart dessert because of the raspberry, but I still found the dessert to be strangely too sweet. I order the raspberry tart dessert and it comes with almond meringue, coconut crispy crunch and a raspberry sorbet. ![]()
